Do you do provide a cleaning service?

Whilst we don't provide any cleaning services we're more than happy to recommend a cleaning team near you or work with your cleaning team to make sure they have full visibility of bookings, clean requests and other maintenance issues in the property. Feel free to call us to discuss how we can work along side your cleaning team in more detail.

Don't Airbnb guests cause a lot of damage?

With any holiday let booking there's a chance that you'll get some minor damage or breakages. To date we're proud to say that we haven't had a single report of intentional damage from one of our guests. Additionally, every booking is protected by Airbnb's £600,000 Host Guarantee covering your property and possessions in the case of damage. You can read about the full cover here.

What areas do you cover?

We provide Airbnb management services right across Wales and some of England. Do I have to host all year round?

Nope. My Superhost founder, Tom only takes bookings his home for 10 weeks over the peak summer season. You have complete control over the availability of your property. Even if you want to let for the times while you're on holiday to pay for those flights or couple of extra Piña Colda's - we can do that too.

Can friends and family still use my property?

Of course! Most of our clients use their guest accommodation to generate income when they don't have friends and family visiting. Just let us know when your guests are arriving and we'll block out the dates for you.

Can I leave all of my belongings in the property?

With Airbnb, unlike other holiday let agencies, you don't have to clear out all of your belongings. We always recommend you remove any precious or sentimental items but everything else can stay. Well equipped properties always go down well with Airbnb guests and personal items can add to the uniqueness of your property.
